Hi Nancy!!!! Just a little update on Oakey and Olivia ❤️ I don’t know if my heart could be any fuller!!! They are two peas in a pod! They are both growing and learning together and they really are made for each other! I am glad that he chose us when we came to visit!!! Right now I am enjoying a lazy morning after Olivia took him on his morning walk, finished some training with him and is now giving him his weekly brushing!! Next she will brush his teeth!! I really couldn’t be happier and I truly feel he was meant for our family!!! We just love him and we are so happy to have him in our lives!

A year ago when our family decided to get a puppy from @whisperingwillow_goldens

I had this vision of a dog that could be included in my Montessori preschool class. A dog that would be a quiet and calm presence, a four legged pal that children could gain comfort from, bond with and help take care of. An animal that would be like a piece of Montessori work-there and available if a child was interested. With the arrival of the pandemic I worried about how to socialize our pup so she would be accepting of children, patient and tolerant. Nancy was so helpful and reassuring, she picked out the calmest puppy for us. Our pup is / has been an absolute joy. She is easy to train, we get endless compliments on how beautiful she is and how remarkably calm she is.

She is a the perfect family pet and a wonderful classroom companion for my students.

I wish that I could add extra stars to this review as 5 stars is not enough. Nancy Sabiston at Whispering Willow Goldens has been a delight to work with. Her vast knowledge of the breed and professionalism has been exemplary. She has gone above and beyond to help calm me down, as I purchased one of her puppies online. As I was not able to travel to Ottawa to visit her kennel, due to personal reasons, Nancy reassured me by posting daily pictures and videos of her litter. She helped guide me to choose the perfect companion for our family, based on our activity level. I can truly say that Nancy started out as a stranger, but has ended up as a friend. Our family are smitten with our new big ball of fluff. Yogi is a delight and extremely smart. Since the first day I had Leia, everyone who meets her keep complimenting on how well behaved she is for a puppy. Since I got an older puppy, I’ve missed her socialization period and I know you put a lot of work in socializing her properly and putting a foundation for good manners. I can see that you put a lot of care, love and time into puppies. As a first time dog owner I am very satisfied with the breeder I chose, as well as the puppy who has wonderful character and gorgeous look.
